It was for about 1 1/2 hours mostly concentrating on Personality and J2EE technologies. It started off with the hiring manager asking general questions on personality and behavior related. Another person(technical) joined and it went for about 30 mins on various techs they are using in their project (JMS, MDB, WebServices Threads etc) and ended up with a 1:1 with the hiring manager again. No discussion of salary has taken place.
