Two steps interview process, first with HR, second with senior web developer. The questions are the most thnically based, I felt really comfortable with those guys. I was sure in my knowledge and they could see it.

I interviewed with a supervisor and hiring manager, both which seemed not to have much management experience. Very basic questions were asked and salary was embellished. No drug test, no background check
