The interviewer knew my background and was very friendly. He made me feel comfortable. After the class simulation he just asked what I would do differently and gave me feedback.

Entrevista
The interview process is leveled. If you pass the first level, you move onto the next, and so on.
The first stage is just the application. If you are accepted you move onto a questionnaire-like stage, where you answer questions using video.
The next stage is an introduction to the company and then a few days later a final face-to-face video interview.
