After the initial phone verification, an interview date & time is scheduled. The interview is taken directly by the CEO. The interview is more like a regular conversation where we get to know about the organisation and the candidate is asked about their previous studies and/or work experience. The interviews are not technical as they are looking more for he ability of the individual to learn, rather than their existing knowledge.
