Not so efficient from some they took written test from others it was practical and some only got verbal and got the job which is not an effective way it should be like first- verbal interview, then written test and the final test should be practical and applicants should get shortlisted at each stage which will get the appropriate and deserving members.

The Interview consisted of three round , two technical and one HR . The first one was questioning round in which questions were from your resume. In the second round the questions were from your field of expertise. And the HR round was for salary discussion.
