Be prepared for behavioral questions, with specific scenarios. The staff was supportive, easy going and detailed. I was able to meet multiple employees from the operation, even the CEO made time for me.

Karen reached out due to a employee referral. We set up a meeting over the phone. It was roughly a 30 minute conversation. She wanted to invite me to come and interview in person. Because I live out of state, she was definitely willing to be flexible for when I could come in. However, I had a weekend trip in Houston and I drove up for a Friday interview. I definitely recommend you scope out the area beforehand if you are form the place because I got so lost even with the instructions in my email from Karen. They were super sweet about me getting lost though so that took off the built up anxiety. When I got there, I interviewed with 4 different people. They were all amazing and made the interview process fly by. I was there for 3 hours. I asked HR to give me a tour of the floor. It was super nice and everyone seemed friendly.

Was contacted through Indeed Prime by Karen in HR/recruiting. Spoke with her on the phone briefly and then she set up the interviews for the next week. All 3 interviews so far have been comfortable without a ton of curveball questions.
