      Entrevista

      This was the most frustratingly slow interview processes I have EVER been a part of. I had an awesome initial conversation with the hiring manager, and waited close to two weeks for a response after 2 follow ups (she mentioned on our call how I was moving to the next round, hence my follow ups). I was sent a link to schedule time with my next interviewer who was in HR, and he wasn't available until later in the following week. I waited another week, and had my call with the HR guy and it went very well....but then another week went by, and crickets. Two weeks after this call, I was invited to interview with different Account Managers, both of which were unavailable to interview until the week after. At this point, I became incredibly disillusioned with the process and decided to pursue other opportunities. I find it disgraceful that a company would have such a disorganized process, and keep applicants hanging for as long as they do. I see I wasn't the only one based on the previous interview experience posted here.

      Subject: Response to Your Interview Experience Dear Anonymous, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the frustratingly slow and disorganized interview process you experienced during your application at eHealthcare Solutions. We understand the importance of a streamlined and efficient hiring process, and it is clear that we fell short in your case. I'm truly sorry that you had to wait for responses and experienced delays at various stages of the interview process.
