Entrevista
I submitted my resume and was contacted back a few days later by the manager of the support department.
There was a brief phone interview going over my resume and experience and I was then invited in for an in-person interview.
The interview was held in the conference room of their office and there were three people present.
They each asked me a series of work related questions and generally got to know me.
I was contacted over the phone with an offer and I accepted.
I began work two weeks later on a Monday morning.

Entrevista
Hiring manager sent request for initial phone screen. Once that was passed, there were two on-site interviews. First on-site was to gather information as to gauge adeptness at troubleshooting, second was to garner info on if candidate was a good culture fit.
