Well, the initial communication was good. You can personally get in touch with the HR person who took your interview. There were a total of 3 rounds of interview. The first one was basic information that you had to put in a computer, basically trying to create your profile on their system, adding your details, qualification, skills, current company details, your occupational details, etc. The second round was a personal one-to-one interview with an HR person. The madam who took my interview was very polite, and I liked her a lot. There were basic questions asked about why you want to leave your current company and join this one, some basic questions about your qualification, and some questions regarding your reasoning behind some decisions made by you in your career. The third round, which I unfortunately, couldn't get in for was with the upper management, aka the manager of the process you are applying for. He/she will have a 1:1 interview with you then, trying to figure out if you're good/fit for his/her process. So far, from what I've found out, the people over there are very good, and the job environment is very comfortable, as told my a friend of mine who already works there. That in itself means great work culture.
