it was too much long they took 7 rounds and then rejected me . I almost got hopes of getting selected .they didnt revert any feedback too , i wanted to know the reasons of not getting selected

Overall average hiring process...they ask questions not even related to process and judge you based on that. Hiring manager needs to gain interview experience first as not at all professional managers

Easily applicable and rounds are not that hard . 1st Hr is normal and second is ops which asks your past experience in kyc. You can easily apply for the role with atleast 3-5 years of experience into investment banking field or any financial services background.
