Simple, straightforward. Multiple rounds of interviews. Lots of get to know you type of questions. Went over resume and extracurriculars as well as academics. Would recommend to a friend. Prepare prior to interview.

After CV shortlisting there were 2 rounds of interview.
1st round: Technical questions from statistics & basic HR questions. Interviewer was very friendly , that helped me a lot.
2nd round: Puzzles & Case study.
Simple but detailed approachable is preferable for case studies. Must ask for information if not given apparently, to solve the case .

Started with a quick HR phone call with the recruiter; Then two 30 minute calls with manager and an employee. It was mostly a behavioral interview with some questions about the projects on my resume
