I was referred through an employee. Process went relatively quickly compared to other employers. The hiring Director was well-prepared, asked great questions, and was attentive to my answers. Other members of the interview team were generally less so. A few were well-prepared, others were not. One flatly stated she had not read my resume and didn't know the responsibilities of the position I was interviewing for. It seems like a fun place to work, and people like their job mostly.
