I applied online. I was then called in for an interview. After that, there were two rounds. Round 1 was a 1:2 initial meeting with one administrator and one staff member. I was asked several questions typical for school teaching interviews. There were no surprises. After two days, I was called back in for round 2, which was a meeting with students and staff and included a model lesson.

I liked the questions asked and liked that I had to give a sample lesson. However, not everyone did and I wish they all had. It would have weeded out a couple. Also, interviewing with a department member should be mandatory. But, the admin doesn't trust its employees.
