Pretty Standard interview process. Received a response to my online application within a few days, was invited to come in for an in person interview with the Owner of the company; The interview consisted of normal interview questions relating to my past experiences as well as some hypotheticals about the role I would be taking. Received a call back for a second interview with the sales director and a mid level manager to basically have the first interview again but this time a little more in depth and some situational questions as well as asking what i thought i could bring to the table. (basically if you've had one or two other interviews at other companies, you shouldn't worry too much)
