Three management employees interviewed me. The entire interview took about thirty minutes in all. All participants were respectful. The questions ranged from run of the mill to out there in left field. As is to be expected. Some questions were obviously intended to gauge the interviewees fit into the corporate culture. All in all, I would say that the process was moderately comprehensive and well conducted.
