Interviewed last quarter. Initial screening through third party recruiting company followed by follow up interview, and multiple rounds of testing.
Recruiting company was beyond helpful. Dempsey seemed to lack clear or prompt communication throughout the hiring process.
Multiple rounds of personality and cognitive ability testing. Over 150+ questions asked followed by further rounds of scenario testing that did not seem particularly related to the role.
Concerning lack of engagement on Dempsey’s end, particularly for a sales role. Not sure if it is indicative of managements ability to read candidates or if there is just not a focus on new hires, but was strange coming from a company that claims to value employees so much.
