The interview process is broken into four parts. First you will be invited to watch a webinar where the job role will be explained in detail to get an overview of what you are applying for, then you will be asked to complete a psychometric online test, there is really no a right or wrong answer, so just answer whats on your mind. after that you will be asked for a skype interview, which is the third stage of the process, if successful, you will be asked for a 3 hour assessment in person, i was asked to go to london for this one.
