The interview went superbly well. They reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked to complete the LinkedIn video intro. I completed that and let them know, they ghosted me. I decided to reach out one more time and the person replied asking for my availability for an interview. I had a really good interview and they told me to reach out in case they don't by next week. I reached out twice but no response at all, completely ghosted. That's not professional at all, it doesn't take long to say no to a candidate and at least concludes the process there and then rather than stringing along a candidate by ignoring their emails.
