I met the founder of the New York office for a coffee at a local cafe to discuss the role and why I thought I would be a good fit for it/ the company in general. The interview was moderately easy, especially if you have the proper experience. Once I passed the first round of the interview, I had a phone call with the head of the Los Angeles office. I heard an answer back within a day of the interviews wrapping up.
