Process took 2 months. Had an initial interview with Head of Engineering then a live coding challenge. Challenge was frontend and backend, AI was not allowed, it was initially set for 1 hour and a half, but in the middle of the session they expressed that all the interviewers were taking over 2.5 hours. That means that they were not realistic with the challenge and even with evidence they didn't improve on that. They also ghost interviewers when post-challenge feedback is asked.
