Me postulé a través de otra fuente. Acudí a una entrevista en canfield scientific
Entrevista
I interviewed there in 2010, the receptionist read a list of questions to me over the phone,I answered them, and then I was deemed unworthy of working there. Fast forward to 2025, a recruiter contacted me about working there, I shared my story about having the receptionist conduct the interviews, the recruiter's boss calls me to tell me that never happened. Not only did she insist that never happened, but also declared that she is there "every day", which was a huge red flag for me.

This review is aligned with other reviews posted by interviewers. Its not about the interview itself but the unprofessional approach that Canfield scientific takes.
I applied in the beginning of April 2017. I got a call next day from the HR asking some pre screening questions.
A month passed by and i had not heard from them. I was interested in the job so i send inmail to few people from the company. I got interview call next day. I had my first phone interview with hiring manager for 45 mins and it went well.
I was immediately asked to come for onsite the following week. I met with hiring manager, co-worker and CTO. There was one coding question and then detailed discussion on my past experience.
I got a call next day from HR saying that they were very impressed and they wanted to make me an offer and they are working on the details. They also asked me to come back and meet the founder of the company. The following week i met with the founder which went pretty well. Shortly after, i got a call from the HR asking what my salary expectations were. She asked me typically people want a little more when they start a new job. I gave them my expectations. And I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone mentioning that I needed some flexibility with working hours. He agreed to that and said we are very excited to move forward and if anything give me a call.
Next morning I got a call from HR ( I thought they called to discuss the offer) and she said they decided to move forward with another candidate and they did not have any explanation why.
I was very disappointing and unprofessional approach. They wasted significant time of both candidates and employees. Either they should have waited and made sure to give me an offer before telling me, or if they were not okay with compensation or flexibility, they should have discussed it. But just abruptly revoking the offer is very unprofessional. And I see most reviewers here had a similar experience. Hope this will help others.
