- A call with HR to learn about your experience and if you are a team fit - Followed by the technical interview with two senior Engineers from the company Overall, the interview process was fare, interactive and educative.

Entrevista
1. I've submitted the application via byrd's website
2. Recruiter contacted me and scheduled the first round of interview
3. Call with the recruiter, discussing the position, salary expectations etc.
4. First technical interview
5. Second technical interview
6. Call with Director of Engineering
7. Final call with the recruiter, discussing offer
The interview process was very well organised, fast and smooth. The whole process took about 2 weeks. All people I met during the process were super friendly, professional and polite. The recruiter Daria was always ready to answer any questions and to setup a quick call if needed. Eventually I decided to accept another offer but in general the impression about the team and the company is very good

First technical interview: general questions about python ecosystem, databases, CI/CD etc.
Second technial interview: online coding task with two team members (just an interesting real-life problem, no algos or stuff like that)
Call with Director of Engineering: mostly behavioural questions.
