      The interview process was like this: Job application > Neurolytics (Cultural Fit scan and Cognitive Ability test) > Skill Test (Online Google Form) > Team Lead Interview > Get Things Done Day > Offer They say they value your skills more than your resume, but that’s not true. They judge you mostly based on your resume, ask a lot about your previous companies, and don’t focus on your actual skills or projects. I thought Bunq would be different, but honestly, it’s just another company like the rest. All communication happened only through email. I was quick to respond and scheduled everything fast. I reached to the team lead round easily. But after that, everything went silent for more than 20 days. No clear updates or feedback. They never explained what exactly was expected from the role. The whole process felt messy and frustrating because of the lack of communication. The worst part is that they just ghost candidates after making them wait. If you want someone to invest their time in your company, at least have the decency to tell them what went wrong or how they can improve.

      They mainly asked about the projects I handled in my previous company and how I approached different situations. Most of the questions were situational, focused on how I handled challenges or made decisions. They also asked about my salary expectations and what support I would need for relocation or migration.

      The application process was simple and the first step was to take the skills assessement checking the culture fit and cognitive ability that included logical, numerical and general questions. It was very difficult but I didn't feel that it very helpful.

      Without any introductory call, the first step is an online assessment aimed at evaluate technical skills and a fit with company values. The first part of the assessment consists of watching a brief video about corporate values and principles while with your webcam on an algorithm evaluate your emotional response and derive a fit between you and corporate values based on your facial expressions. The second and third part are logical and reasoning tests aimed at assess the reasoning capabilities.
