An HR rep from Aetna contacted me within a week of applying. I did a phone interview with her and then the next week I had an in-person interview at Bswift. There were 2 different interviews with 2 groups of 2 interviewers.

The interview process was quick and easy and the people were very nice. I read some concerning reviews from people who have worked here though and it was kind of a turn off, a lot of talk about being overworked and underpaid

Basic behavioral interview, pretty simple. Phone interview and in-person interview ask same questions. The Aetna recruiters seem very angry when trying to get feedback from them. From beginning to end took about 1 month.
