The interview lasted about 1 hour but it was the only interview, which is great in my opinion. The interview was divided into 3 phases: 1st: Language assessment, a Portuguese speaking spoke to me and asked some questions about myself and experience in Portuguese. 2nd: Two team leaders made questions about my background, my experiences and expectations. Questions included to talk about myself, how I deal with difficult situations and how I prioritize tasks, what I expect from my manager and teammates, what my friends would say about my personality and how would they describe me at work. They asked if I had any questions and I made sure I had 3 questions ready for them which was if the company provided trainings, continuous learning and growth opportunities. 3rd: Only 1 team member stayed in the interview to explain more about the company and the role, salary expectations and etc.

Terrible interview, they make you take a video of yourself answering questions. They should be ashamed. Totally unprofessional, they should change their process. Also they do not put salary ranges in their job listings.
