If you’re shortlisted, there will be video interview (HireVue) then official interview. It’ll take 2-3 rounds depending on the level of the role. There will be a panel of 2-3 interviewers each round.

Tips- read their values and behaviors prior interview and try to relate them to your work experience
I had great 1st interview experience with a lady hiring manager who based in SG. She asked me relevant questions related to my experience and what I can bring to the company. Then, I've been selected to attend 2nd interview, but had a terrible interview session with the business stakeholder. He is very arrogant and inpatient. This session make me lose interest to work with BP and I'm glad they do not offer me the role, because if they do, I will decline the offer anyways since not interested to work with such terrible business partner.

It was really good, I had an online interview and my cumputer crashed just before the interview and they were super nice about it. There were 2 people holding the interview the future team lead and an other lady.
