after submitting your application online and once you meet their essential criteria, they will send you a link to complete a online video interview, which you have to complete it within 5 days. Otherwise, they assume you are not interested in the application anymore.

total 9 questions, ~30s to prepare and ~2-3mins to answer each question. almost all questions are classic interview questions like "why should we hire you?" " why you like our program?" "what's ur challenge in group work？" "what's your leadership style?". etc ...

Entrevista
The interview process (first stage) was a virtual interview consisting of 9 questions. They give you roughly 1-2 mins to prepare for each question prior to recording your answer. All of the questions are rather personal so you just have to think about your past experiences in order to answer them fully. Always a good idea to study the company profile ahead of time to anticipate potential areas of convergence that you can relate your experiences with that of BP!
