I completed a first stage interview (virtually) and was invited to second stage (in person). I was only given a day's notice to attend and unfortunately I could not make that time. They assured me they would come back with another date. This took 2 weeks. I received an email requesting my availability. I didn't pick this email up straight away - maybe an hour after it was sent. I was formulating my reply when I received a second email from a different recruiter informing me that I was no longer being considered. This was very confusing. I emailed the recruiter to understand whether the second email was intended for me and haven't had a response or any further feedback
