First they contacted me through an agent office and we arranged a meeting with the agent.
Second step was the interview at company's office with some people from the sales department. Last step was interview with the sales manager responsible for this section

Entrevista
The interview was on-site with a group of 8 candidates for 2 positions. The day lasted about 4 hours and was divided into sections based on role details, team building exercises, and one on one interviews.
Overall the interview process was very enjoyable and thorough. BP is an exceptional company and I was treated like a seasoned employee during the entire interview process.
