I applied on the company's website. I completed on-line numerical and verbal tests before being invited to phone interview. Following this I attended technical interview an assessment centre with other candidates.

Passed the online tests then was invited to a telephone interview. Standard questions - Why BP? Why downstream commercial? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Also, make sure you understand the BP core values.

Entrevista
Competency based telephone interview. I guess BP must hire another professional recruitment group to complete the initial telephone interview. The interviewer was nice, but I was so nervous because this was the first interview I have ever taken. Although I failed this interview, I got insights about how those big companies select their ideal candidates and also know how the competency based interviews look like. I believe next time I can be the successful candidates.
