We did a phone call with HR, then they sent a Personality questionnaire and I filled it out. After it was successful, we did an interview with the tech lead. Then I got an assignment, After solving it we did a technical interview..

Entrevista
The interview process starts with an HR one-on-one, followed by some reasoning and analytical assessment which included some questions that I never had seen before, and made no sense honestly. The time limit to solve these questions was also less. Later, I was invited to the Code Review interview round, which was okay, and very interactive, the interviewers were really very nice. They also explained the positives and negatives of my code review feedback. But I feel it lacked a bit of feedback. If there is something that I can improve, they should've partly enlightened me about it. In an interview setting it is pretty normal for the candidate to be nervous, and that is what got into it I would say.

Entrevista
Phone Interview. She just asked two question. And It was really weird experience I have ever had. I felt like she already had rejected me in her mind before the interview. She didnt even give me a chance to introduce myself.
Asked 2 question.
- What do you want to work in Bol?
- What will you bring us?
And she said, we can't continue with you. So-called she didn't like my English. Even I already have international working experience....

Entrevista
The whole process is exhausting and unnecessary. There is a call with HR (all good, but doesn't have their own opinion or any impact on the process).
HR test,
Inductive and Deductive tests (Logical tests)
3 of them are useless.
The cultural meeting (One boy and one girl) really positive and polite (The most positive thing in this process).
Assignment -> Build kalaha/mancala game.
Tech meeting -> Manager and engineer (The manager said 2 sentences a whole hour in which one of them was a question that later he said: it's a stupid question that I asked). And an engineer that has a terrible level of English(Spoken).

About the tech interview:
Why do I have Java 17 and don't use its features?
Is it a generic game even though mancala is a game for 2 and there is no point in making it generic.
Not some specific questions, they seemed satisfied and didn't check the UI code or anything else.
