It was only a 3 call process with the Sales Director, a team of reps and directors and then the founder. Long story short. I went through the process and received an offer. After we talked about the compensation package, I informed the hiring manager that I wanted to speak with my family about the offer and that I would let him know in a couple of days. Later that evening, I reached out asking for a copy of the offer letter and total package. I then requested the same thing from HR and was told I would get it early the next week. After a few calls, texts, and emails, all communication was cut off on their end for 2 weeks. The next communication I received was an automated email stating I was no longer being considered for the role. Stay away from these guys. Early in the interview process I spoke with a few contacts that used to work there. They informed me to stop conversations then and to cut ties. They informed me this was the worst place they had ever worked at. I should have listened.
