A recruiter reached out and pre screened, I was selected to a second round of interviewing with hiring manager, then a third interview with team. They asked behavioral style questions, scenario based questions, my interest outside of work type questions.
Easy interview very straightforward if you like customer service and people then this is for you.
I would look up the company read their vision put it into your own words and tell them .
