Quite a lengthy process, with multiple interviews involved. However this gave the option to get to know 2 of the founders as well and really get to know the culture of the company.

Entrevista
The interview process was clear and well-organized. The HR team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and transparent throughout every step, which made the experience feel smooth and supportive. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming and open to answering my questions. Meeting with upper management was especially valuable. It gave me great insight into the company’s direction and priorities for the coming year.

The interview was more of a conversation than a traditional question-based format. We focused on my background, career goals, and how those aligned with what Beqom is building. It felt like a thoughtful discussion to understand mutual fit rather than a standard interview checklist.
