The employer who interviewed me did not ask me many job specific questions but focused more on my attitude and personality. What were my interests. It was more about getting to know me personally than my ability to do the job.

I applied for this job back in early September. Then more than a month later, the recruiter e-mailed me requesting to schedule a phone interview with me. I'll update on this later.
