      Entrevista

      I applied to belairdirect and a few days later they called me for a phone interview. After the interview was a module then the in-person interview which took maybe 30-45 mins. The interview went well. Interview questions were like any sales job interview. Having a lot of work experience will help with the interview and getting the position. They look for a lot of sales experience. A couple weeks after the background check, I got an offer. Love working here!

      Entrevista

      Applied online (via their website), received an email to complete a video interview (you answer 3-5 prerecorded questions) after which point I received a followup email to complete a PLUM assessment (no right or wrong answers just gages your personality type/work style). Following the PLUM assessment, I received another email to choose time/dates for a video interview with hiring managers (2-4 individuals). The entire process took under 2 weeks, was advised of the decision the next day after the managers interview. (Already OTL licensed if that helps). The first 5 questions I listed are from the 1st video interview. The second set of questions (5) are from the manager's interview.

      I applied through Linked in and got an invitation to take an online assessment the following day. About 2 days later, I got another invitation for a video interview which consisted of about 7 multiple choice questions and about 4 video questions. About 3 days later I received a face to face interview request. It was a group hiring event that consisted of 2 short individual interviews. The hiring event lasted about 2 and a half hours.

      Applied online Got a call three days later for phone interview with basic suitability questions. Than, I was sent 2 assessment test, took about 45 min. First one was a call simulation and the second was a personality test. A week later got a call for a face to face interview. Went well with two hirring manager. They are doing my background check. It's been five days and no news yet. Got an offer and accepted
