The process was well communicated, thorough and fun. Yes, this group of savvy HR pros were able to effectively vet me as a candidate, while exhibiting one of the company’s core values: fun. BTC is proof that you can provide great service to your clients and enjoy doing it in the process. Their company culture really came through via the interviewers selected to participate in the hiring process. It was a refreshing experience.
Initial interview was actually good. I thought the person conducted an interview that was creative and insightful. I got the next steps information where I was told "we don't ghost people". That is one of my mantras so I appreciated it and thought it spoke well of their culture. And then I was ghosted!!! So saying one thing and doing another is REALLY their culture.
