The whole hiring process involved 3 interviews: 1st: Human Resources 2nd: Channel and Resources Directors 3rd: VP Channel & Sales All of them were very objective, clear, and human. All and each person I met so far are absolutely professional. The HR Coordinator was very efficient and quickly clarified all my doubts along the process. I had a personal concern because my wife is pregnant, and I thought it could be a stopper in my evaluation (due to the maternal leave). Unexpectedly, they proved to be an inclusive and human endeavor. Of course, I accepted the offer, and I am looking forward to working with them!
