I had a phone interview followed by a take-home code challenge, which ended up being too difficult for me to complete. The person who interviewed me was very nice and professional, and the company sounded great: mentorship and a fun but productive office environment. Since I did not complete the code challenge, I can't attest to the rest of their interview process. If I had completed the code challenge, I would have gone in to present it to the interviewer, and possibly more of the team, but I do not know how many additional steps are in their interview and hiring process.
