      Basically ask very basic question from the first round, the interviewer showed up late and act like a zombie when she talked. It is assumed that she doesn't like her job and repeat company's history like she already explained to hundreds of people before and have no patience to say again. I already want to reject them for further interview because it gives me a bad impression that this company doesn't have a good vibe. When I asked question like how does a day look like for this role, she just said "I don't know, but the manager would know." Anyway, feels this conversion is not professional and seems she indeed hates her job. Gladly I am not gonna waste more time for further interview.

      !!AVOID THIS PLACE!! The hiring process was not transparent at all, I ended up all 3 rounds with them, and all I got is endless <we will be contacting you soon> messages. As a candidate, we all try our best to get the job, however, they don't appreciate the efforts you put and more like a process of stealing strategies from you. 1st interview: HR screening(normal types of questions) 2nd interview: case study(excel sheet with different keywords and metrics) 3rd interview: case study(100 days plan for a promotional company )

      Entrevista

      Overall the interview process was very good. First was the interview with HR and answering typical HR questions, including salary expectations. Second came an interview with Dept Manager and she ask to analyze a spreadsheet with data from a past online campaign. Third was an interview with the CEO and Dept Manager, prior to the interview I had to prepare a 100day online marketing plan for lead generation. Everything went accordingly until I got an invitation email to a wrap up call scheduled to be in 2 days from that email. Of course this could mean anything, either an offer or a rejection. To my surprise the call was unfortunately a rejection, and the reason was that my salary expectations were too high. This part confused me too much... since they have this info from day 1... nevertheless I tried to negotiate or get to know the actual number and the HR lady said that there was a big gap and I would not consider it. At that point I got a bit disappointed because basically they wasted my time and also theirs. When I asked why did they move forward with the process she said because they liked me... this made me angry, still they knew my salary expectations and they willingly decided to move forward to the end knowing they would not make an offer because of the budget for that position. Honestly, at that pont I don’t know what to think, they made a call to notify a rejection or they wanted me to consider the lower salary? It never was clear, the only clear thing is that they were not transparent with this salary information since day 1. I think it would be better if they just say the found a better candidate than make up stories about the salary.

      Dear candidate, We would like to apologize for communications issues on our side and this in no way represents how we would like to treat our potential colleagues. The reason why we give salary numbers at the end of the interview process is that we want to evaluate candidates’ actual skills and not base the decision entirely on the CV. In doing so we make sure that our decisions are based on the overall impression and experience and the candidates have the opportunity to showcase their complete skill set. Unfortunately, in very rare cases this can lead to a rather big gap between salary expectations and what we can offer. On the bright side, we haven’t filled this role yet.
