Through and very communicative. Impressed with how interview candidates were treated. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. While the opportunity didn't work out. I would definitely look to apply to athenahealth again in the future.
Long, drawn out process with multiple initial interviews. The four interviewers seemed to have a different idea for the role and conversations were all over the place. The role was closed and reposted with a slightly different set of requirements and a different hiring manager.

This was an excellent interview process. I worked with an internal recruiter who guided me through the whole process and served as my main contact over the few weeks of my candidacy. Communication was timely, and I moved from round to round quickly and with no delays.
1) 30-minute screening call with recruiter
2) 30-minute screening call with hiring manager
3) 2-hour in-person interview consisting of 3 1-on-one meetings with potential teammates + 1 2-on-one meeting with hiring manager and one teammate
