Entrevista
I applied online. I first had the interview with the CTO (?!) an I had to code online. he wanted to see if it compiles. He was never which i found it weird. He also deniedthat they are working with legacy code, although even today is written on their website the opposite.
The next interview was with this guy - lets call him X, he was supposed to be the team leader. He added me on skype, I saw his picture (also on likedin) and when I had the skype interview, it was someone else.
Both of them were unfriendly!

3) Why protobuff is so slow? (the question is WRONG - i tried explaining them that is fast and I had a demo prepared, but they were not interested)
4) Do you know how to use redux? (No, so that was end of story)
