Very fast. Positive experience speaking to the executive team up until they said they were working on the offer. Then they went silent. Another candidate entered the picture and they changed course. Fine, it happens, but be transparent -- don't mislead, don't lie. The recruiter was completely left out of the loop -- they didn't respond to his calls or emails. He was completely embarrassed and humiliated. Once he finally spoke to them, they told him they were drafting the offer and they needed a few more days. Then silent again and no response to his emails or phone calls. They were totally unprofessional. I have to also mention that they said over and over again that they don't tolerate politics in their organization. Wrong. Not one member of the management. Ultimately, the outcome was fortunate for me. Their revenue plunged. Their stock plunged. Their market share plunged. Phew.
