This was not clearly communicated in the job description, which made the process feel a bit unclear. Overall, while the discussion seemed thorough, the expectations did not feel fully aligned from the beginning. It would be helpful if requirements like industry preference are communicated more clearly upfront to avoid confusion for candidates.
