This was one of the more informal interviews I have ever experienced; I met with a senior executive who asked me very normal questions in a very informal setting. I felt very comfortable around this person and their questions and felt extremely welcomed to the team, even though I hadn't gotten the position yet.

I felt like I was being interviewed by someone who had never worked in retail. Like the person just got the job, and had no idea how a store operated. for a company that sells consumer goods at retail, it was frustrating for me. They should have know something besides what they're superior told them or what they read in a manual.
