he application process was fairly standard, similar to what is typically seen in other companies. It began with a brief phone call to establish initial contact. This was followed by two interviews: the first with the HR team, which focused on assessing qualifications and cultural fit, and the second with the managers, which explored technical expertise and role-specific expectations. The process was straightforward and fast, it took 2 weeks.

The interview process was very well structured and professionally organized. It began with a clear introduction, followed by a detailed discussion of my experience, skills, and achievements. The interviewer asked relevant questions, provided sufficient time for answers, and clearly explained the role, expectations, and next steps, creating a positive and transparent experience.

First screening interview with the recruiter, around 30 minutes.
Second interview with two HM, 1 hour.
Both interviews ended up more as a conversation rather then an interview. Through the conversation they place you some questions about soft, hard and behavioral skills. You end up being very natural, sincere and honest on your answer because they can put you really comfortable during the process.
The negative part was to wait almost one month to get an answer, that was negative. After trying to follow up about any feedback they always answered me "late next week" however they never respected that deadline. And then after 4 weeks they called to inform about the decision and to give feedback.
