Completely ghosted by the recruiter. I was contacted fairly quickly at the beginning of May for a phone screen interview. I was given a link of possible questions and what Adidas' interview process is like. The process can be up to 3 interviews. The interview was scheduled for 4pm on 5/14 and at 2:56pm, I got an email asking to reschedule due to being pulled into a meeting. Rescheduled for 5/16. No call. Waited about 15 minutes before I attempted to reach their office phone and got a busy signal. They claimed the call was blocked, even though I had zero missed calls or a potential spam call notification. Even though I reached out, I got no response on another interview. Got the rejection email a month later.
