      Entrevista

      Did a screen with the recruiter. Then interviewed with manager. Was told a pretty low salary and explained that it was lower than my previous coordinator position that I had held at adidas when you account for inflation. For context, I was at a coordinator level for several years at adidas before leaving for another position. I was interviewing for this analyst position several years later. Following the panel interview I was then given a technical Power BI prompt to present to a panel. I showed the panel my work and presented. Following the interview I was given the run around for a few months and told that there were delays. Eventually the recruiter told me that they were going to convert the position to a contract position. I tried following up once I saw the position updated on their job site but was ghosted. Regardless of the changes and decisions from the panel and company, I expect better from adidas talent acquisition. Do your job and communicate talent acquisition team, it's not that hard.

      phone screen hiring manager interview case study panel interview Phone screen and hiring manager interview were fine. The case study was also fairly straightforward but with no actual prompt with what to do with the data. The panel interview was poorly executed. They only asked 4 questions in total in 4 hours. They also didn't seem to really know what it was the role was meant for and the day to day and long term project goals were mostly non-existent or they weren't really sure what their expectations were. However, I think this may be because they were some anticipation that they weren't going to even fill the role anyway. They didn't put a hold on the position exactly, but it has been several months since my final interview. Talent acquisition has only been saying that they haven't made a decision yet and that they are sorry for the slow process. No details on what is going on and not answering any questions. I'm guessing there is a hiring freeze. Unfortunate ending to an otherwise good interview process but a waste of time and energy for me.
