I did not get into an interview, I only received an automated message after several weeks without any further details. I think it took quite long for the response to be sent

I was told over email that I my resume was under consideration for the position of Supply Chain Manager in Adidas' Hong Kong sourcing office. I was to go through one phone interview, and if I passed, I would be invited to their HK office to interview in person for a final round. I clearly did not make it past the phone interview, because weeks went by with no feedback, and my subsequent emails and phone calls were ignored. They explicitly told me after the phone interview that I would hear back from them on next steps within 10 days, and I never did. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed.
