Entrevista
1. Apply via the adidas career portal, where you can find detailed information about the position and business strategy, goals, mindset.
2. First interview with the recruiter. This is to further ensure you are match to the specific position (they could redirect you at this point to another open position if that seems like a better match)
3. Interview with the hiring manager.
4. Technical interview with hiring manager and 1 or 2 other adidas employees. In this interview you are likely going to be asked to prepare and present a business case.
5. Interview with your future colleagues to see if you are likely to form a good team.

I had to prepare a very detailed business case based on the company strategy with regards to its digital performance
excellent process, quick and easy. recruiters are helpful and keep you informed. decision was made quickly, so was the offer. questions were not very difficult. whole process was good. i enjoyed the process and felt very welcome

Very well, they threaten so good and interested. They provided constant information throughout the process. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Thanks adidas
